Techy collaborationist, Jim Martinez, will take a new position this September as Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology @ the NY Institute of Technology.
His task? Teach teachers how to make use of technology (computers, video, etc.) in their classrooms. Jim is also an adjunct faculty member at the Institute, where he teaches a popular course called, “Collaboration 3.0,” designed to help participants use social media to build community.
Jim’s new book, “A Performatory Approach to Teaching, Learning and Technology,” will be published this fall.
